Philosophy is like the highest tune of music, which a man can play in the knowledge of things visible & invisible. Therefore, whenever I enter most intimately into what I call myself, I begin to see things visible & invisible, somehow differently but more clearly with psycho-oculus vision & @ the same time read abstractions with a different eye. That is philosophical @ the highest degree!

Hear, O My Beloved Sparkling Friends In The Sacred Academia Of Biblical cum Theological & Philosophical Scholars @ ZION: Hearken To My Sacred Speech & Adopt My Theological Advice & Call To Your Memory The Sacred Philosophical Insights I'm Set To Impart!

O My Favourite Ideal Reader: If YOU hear a word, bury it in your heart; & be careful in revealing it to anyone, lest it becomes a live-coal & burn your tongue & cause a pain to your soul; & YOU secure a reproach & become ashamed before God & man. If YOU hear a report, do not be quick to spread it; & if YOU see something, be careful to tell it out.

Happy enough, our glorified Blessed Lord Christ De Messiah is an outstanding example. Job of the Holy Scriptures is one; & Deaconess Sussanna - a lady who preferred death to defilement - is another. These heroic Holders of Integrity are popular for their SELF-CONTROL OVER THEIR PASSION. In other words, if you are capable to exercise maximum control over your passions you have inevitably taken a step towards becoming one of those Divine Holders of Integrity - Men of Confidence & Goodwill!

🙋INSPIRED REASON AS MASTER OVER PASSION: 

"Philosophical in the highest degree", is the question I propose to discuss, namely: whether the Inspired Reason is supreme over the Passions; & to the Philosophy of it, I would seriously entreat 👉 your serious 😳 attention. For not only is the topic generally necessary, as a subject of paramount knowledge, but it includes the praise of the greatest Virtue whereby I mean SELF-CONTROL.

That is to say, if REASON is proved to control the Passions adverse to Temperance, Gluttony & Lust, it is also shown to be lord over the Passions, like Malevolence, opposed to Justice & over those to Manliness, namely: Rage, Pain & 😱 Fear.

However, someone may ask: "If the REASON is master of the PASSION, why does it not control Forgetfulness & Ignorance"? (The object, obviously, being to cast ridicule). Simply the answer is that Reason is not master over defects inherent in the mind itself, but over the Passions of moral defects that are adverse to Justice & Manliness & Temperance & Judgment; & its action in their case is not to extirpate the Passion, but to enable it to resist them, successfully. And, it is as simple as that!

Of course, I could bring before you many examples, drawn from various sources, where Reason has proved itself master over the Passions, but the best instance by far that I can readily 🤗🤗🤗 offer you is the SACRED & NOBLE CONDUCT of those who died for the SAKE OF VIRTUE, namely:👦"ELEAZAR" (Son Of Aaron) & the Jewish "SEVEN 7⃣ BROTHERS 👦👦👦👦👦👦👦 & THE 👩MOTHER"!

For these noble & great religious personalities, all by their contempt of Pains, yes, even unto death ⚰ PROVED THAT REASON RISES SUPERIOR TO THE PASSIONS.

Wow! These were the the faithful, noble, courageous men 👱 & woman 👩 of Integrity, Confidence & Goodwill who were confronted with a dastardly dilemma & a command by an ancient pagan King 😈 Antiochus to EAT UNCLEAN MEATS OR FACE THEIR UNTIMELY DEATH. Habba - O Brutish Tyrant!

Nevertheless, THEY PREFERRED DEATH ⚰ TO BODILY DEFILEMENT, AGAINST THEIR RELIGIOUS BELIEF, BY UNCLEAN 🍗 MEATS!

What a 👍 great💘noble💕lovely 😍 & awesomely commendable manifest practical sincerity in ones religious Faith, Integrity & 👍 Goodwill! A big & marvellous challenge to all professing Christians & Zionists of our contemporary 🌏 World!

Certainly, this is never an attempt to advocate or refute the Jewish strict dogma of clean & unclean meats, nor strict observance of the traditional Mosaic Laws; but a medium aimed @ setting forth the ancient Jewish Sacred Philosophy with respect to VIRTUOUS PIETY. Therefore, my 💕 dearly respected Ideal Readers & Blessed Comrades @ ZION, permit me to proceed.

The pagan tyrant, King 😈 Antiochus, an enemy of the Jews, whilst carrying on war with Ptolemy in Egypt 👂heard that the people of Jerusalem had rejoiced exceedingly over a report of his death; he immediately marched back against them. Accordingly, the tyrant, Antiochus accompanied by his councillors, sat in judgment on a certain high place with his troops drawn up around him in full armour; & he ordered his guards to drag there every single 👨man of the Hebrews & compel them to eat swine's flesh (pork 🍗meat) & things offered to idols; but if any one should refuse to defile himself with the unclean things (pork🍗meat for that matter), he was to be tortured & put to death. Habba!! Mr Tyrant - But why?❓

When many had been taken by force, one fine 👨 first from among the company was brought before the tyrant king 😈 Antiochus - a Hebrew whose name was Eleazar (Son of Aaron), a Priest by birth, trained in sacred Knowledge of the Law, a 👨man advanced in years & well known to many of the tyrant's Court for his sacred Philosophy.

Then, amazingly, Antiochus, 👀 looking on Priest Eleazar said: "Before I allow the tortures to begin for 👉 you, O venerable man, I would give you this counsel, that you should eat of the flesh of the swine & save your soul, for I respect your age & your ⛅ grey hairs, although you have worn them so long a time; & still cling to the Jewish Religion makes me think you no philosopher. For most excellent is the 🍗meat of this animal (🐷pork meat🍗), which Nature has graciously bestowed upon us & why should you abominate it? Truly, it is folly not to enjoy innocent pleasures & it is wrong not to respect 🌿🍃Nature's favours. But it will be still greater folly, I think, on your part if with idle vapouring about truth you should proceed to defy even me to your own punishment. Will you not awaken from your preposterous philosophy?  Will you not fling aside the nonsense of your calculations & adopting another frame of mind befitting your mature years, learn the true philosophy of expediency & bow to my charitable counsel & have pity on your own venerable age? For consider this, too, that even if there be some Powers whose eyes👀 is upon this Religion of yours, he will always pardon you for a transgression done under compulsion.

Thus urged by the tyrant to the unlawful eating of unclean 🍗meat, Eleazar asked for permission to speak; & receiving it, he began his speech before the Court as follows:

"We, O Antiochus, having accepted the Divine Law of our country, do not believe any stronger necessity is laid upon us than that of our OBEDIENCE to the holy Law. Therefore, we do surely deem it right not in any way whatsoever to transgress the Law. And yet, were our Law, as you suggest not truly Divine, while we vainly believed it to be Divine, not even so would it be right for us to destroy our reputation for PIETY. Think it not, then a small SIN for us to eat the unclean thing, for the transgression of the Law, be it in small things or in great, is equally heinous, for in either case equally the Law is despised. You scoff @ our Philosophy, as if under it we were living in a manner contrary to REASON. Not so, for the Law teaches us SELF-CONTROL, so that we are masters of all our pleasures & desires & are thoroughly trained in manliness so as to endure all pain with readiness; & it teaches JUSTICE so that with all our various dispositions we act fairly; & it teaches RIGHTEOUSNESS, so that with due reverence we worship only the true God Who is".

"Therefore", Priest Eleazar continued, "so do we eat no unclean 🍗meat for believing our Law to be given by God; we know also that the Creator of the World 🌏 as a Lawgiver, feels for us according to our nature. He has commanded us to eat the things that will be convenient for our souls & He has forbidden us to eat meats that would be the contrary. But it is the act of a tyrant that you should compel us 👯👯not only to transgress the Law, but should also make us eat it in such manner that you may mock @ this defilement so utterly abominable to us.

But you shall not mock @ us thus, neither will I break 💔 the sacred Oaths of my ancestors to keep the Law, not even though you TEAR OUT MINE EYES & BURN🔥OUT MY ENTRAILS. I am not so unmanned by old age but that when RIGHTEOUSNESS is @ stake the STRENGTH OF YOUTH returns to my REASON. So twist hard your racks & blow your furnace🔥hotter. I🙋DO NOT SO PITY MY OLD AGE AS TO BREAK THE LAW OF MY FATHERS IN MY OWN PERSON".

"I Will Not Belie Thee, O LAW That Has Been My Teacher; I Will Not Desert Thee; O Beloved SELF-CONTROL; I Will Not Put Thee To Shame, O WISDOM - LOVING - REASON, Nor Will I Deny Ye, O Revered PRIESTHOOD & KNOWLEDGE OF THE LAW".

"Neither Shall You Sully The Pure Mouth Of My Old 👴Age & My Life-long Constancy To The Law. Clean Shall My Fathers Receive Me, Unafraid Of Your Torments Even To The ⚰Death! For You May Indeed Be Tyrant Over Righteous Men, But You Shall Not Lord It Over My Resolution In The Matter Of Righteousness, Either By Your Words Or Through Your Deeds".
